$250.00 ~ 300.00 per night
4 to 7 nights
$225.00 ~ 275.00 per night
8 to 13 nights
$200.00 ~ 250.00 per night

• 9% Bed Tax per night.
• Additional $50.00 per night for 2nd couple / Aerobed.
• Payment by check or cash is expected 7 days from booking.
• Cancellations no later than 7 days before arrival date.
• Credit card # will be used to CONFIRM BOOKING ONLY.
• Late cancellations will recieve a refund only if the cottage is rebooked.
• The cottage is located in a quiet area so please respect the following:
• No pets
• No smoking inside
• No parties
